Menu plan Monday!

It’s Monday, which means I’m planning dinner for the entire week! Here is what we’ll be eating this week:

Monday: baked chicken, broccoli and garden salad

Tuesday: sausage and peppers and garden salad (we have a lot of tomatoes to get through!)

Wednesday: chicken zucchini marinara

Thursday: beef and vegetable stir fry

Friday: baked salmon with rice and vegetables
