We are finally back on track today! Back to our regular daily routine and back to reality after a mini vacation.
So here is what we are eating this week:
Monday: Chicken and broccoli and pasta
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner (hubby requested this to make a regular appearance, and I’m not going to argue with that!)
Wednesday: BBQ hotdogs and Caesar salad
Thursday: Pork chops with mashed potatoes and salad
Friday: Salmon with glazed carrots and rice
Saturday: BBQ chicken sandwiches
Sunday: we always have Sunday dinners at either my parents house or my husbands
I haven’t planned ahead this week any baking that I might do, but I’m sure a treat will be made at some point, and possibly a loaf of bread.
