And so we start week #2 of being a mom of two with my hubby off to work again. Another week of meal planning, this time taking full advantage of my slow cooker! I still have a few freezer meals on standby if something goes awry this week and both kids are demanding of my time when dinner is needing to be made. It’s always good to have a back up plan, that isn’t ordering in or hitting the drive thru!
here is what we are eating this week!
Monday: pasta with cherry tomatoes and spinach
Tuesday: Hawaiian BBQ chicken over rice
Wednesday: slow cooker meatballs with bloomin’ onion bread and roasted carrots
Thursday: breakfast for dinner
Friday: Tuna casserole
Saturday: Hubby’s night to cook. He mentioned making stuffed shells. YUM!
Sunday: we always have Sunday dinners at either my parents house or my husbands
