This week, it’s my husbands birthday. We like to spread birthday’s out as long as possible, usually lasting a week as we celebrate with family on Sundays (his family yesterday, my family next weekend). So, many of this weeks’ dinners are things that he requested, or I know are some of his favourites.
Here is what we are eating this week
Monday: Spaghetti and Caesar salad
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner: egg and ham pie (not sure why the recipe doesn’t just call this a quiche) and bacon
Thursday: Jalapeno poppers and veggie fried rice
Friday: Veggie stir fry
Saturday: We might attempt going out for dinner
Sunday: we’ll be at my parents celebrating my hubby’s birthday, as well as my moms.
