Well, I did it! I managed to get my meal plan together on Monday, yay! The laundry is folded, the kitchen is clean, and the kiddos are napping. So while the hubby plays some Zelda, I managed to make my grocery list and plan our meals for the week. It was an easy task today, as there are great sales on, and two of my dinner are done for me:
Monday – Chicken parm and twice baked potatoes with red velvet cake for dessert. (thanks Mom for the leftovers!)
Tuesday – Spaghetti with garlic bread
Wednesday – no dinner! It’s Ash Wednesday, which is a day of fasting for us Catholics. One small meal and a few snacks throughout the day, so no need to plan a dinner for the entire family, the little guy will probably have leftover spaghetti for dinner.
Thursday – Ham and mashed potatoes and broccoli
Friday – Pan seared fish fillets with veggie fried rice
