Another rough start to the week for our little family. My daughter decided to be up off and on most of the night (I think it’s because she missed a nap late Sunday afternoon due to being at her Grandparents…), but after 2 cups of coffee we made it to the grocery store. I spent a little more than normal, counting the money my hubby spent on Saturday picking up a few things. But I was stocking up on some things, so next week’s shopping trip should be a little less.
Here is what we are eating this week:
Monday – baked chicken legs with artichoke & red pepper risotto
Tuesday – spaghetti with meat sauce
Wednesday – perogies with garden salad
Thursday – homemade burgers with sweet potato fries
Friday – baked fish with baked mac and cheese and broccoli
I also did up 10 jars last night of Greek salad (yup, we are hooked on last weeks’ recipe), super easy and super yummy so make sure you check it out! We are also back on the smoothies trend; just another way to get some good stuff into the toddler!
