Yesterday was a holiday, so I didn’t post a meal plan! My husband bbq’d some chicken thighs and baked potatoes, and I made a green salad, it was nice to get another bbq’d meal in before fall hits. I did manage to find some time yesterday afternoon to sit with the flyers and plan out my meals and shopping list, which has made for a quiet morning today. We’ll head out later to get the groceries, hopefully avoiding getting soaked in the storm that is approaching; I can already hear the thunder….
Here is what we are eating this week:
Tuesday – home made meatballs in tomato sauce with zucchini risotto
Wednesday – slow cooker chicken pot pie stew
Thursday – quinoa southwest salad and spicy sausages
Friday – pan seared tilapia with strawberry feta quinoa salad
