Meal Plan Monday – March 4 2013

What a crazy few days! Here I thought I would get a head start on some organizing that I plan to get done this month, but instead of sending pictures to Costco to print, my laptop froze and crashed! My husband then spent the entire weekend trying to fix it, only to waste nearly 20 hours, and it’s still busted! So I have pulled out my old 20GB laptop from my university days, it still works, just a little slow, but I can blog so that makes me happy! Typing on the Wii U for a tweet or quick facebook update is fine, but I sure wasn’t about to blog or send any emails on it.

I have some great posts coming up this week for you! It’s Women’s money week, so watch for a couple posts about that, plus you’ll get to see some before pictures for an organization challenge I am doing this month.

Here is what we are eating this week:

Monday: Mexican Cheesy Quinoa and grilled pork chops

Tuesday: homemade turkey burgers and baked sweet potato fries

Wednesday: chicken strips with steamed broccoli and brown rice

Thursday: sausage and red pepper stir fry over brown rice

Friday – mushroom and spinach bowtie pasta
