Meal Plan Monday – April 1st 2013

Keeping it short and sweet, so much to share later in the week, here is what we are eating:

Monday – pizza and garden salad

Tuesday – meatballs and pasta with tomato sauce and salad

Wednesday – taquitos (home made, in whole wheat wraps!) with corn and salad

Thursday – loaded bakes sweet potatoes (with ground chicken and black beans) and steamed broccoli

Friday – grilled fish fillets with veggie fried rice (with peas, peppers, and mushrooms)
