Busy busy busy. That’s what life is right now, so I’m keeping this short are sweet today! Here is what we are eating this week:
Monday – slow cooker honey sesame chicken (the BEST!) over brown rice with garden salad
Tuesday – my famous spaghetti
Wednesday – grilled pork kabobs with brown rice and broccoli
Thursday – chicken stir fry with veggies and salad
Friday – grilled salmon with corn on the cob and sweet potatoes
The temperatures will be cooler this week, which means I can get some baking done without heating up the house! Brownies? Cookies? Bread? All of the above? I can’t wait! And this coming Sunday is also the big bridal shower, so every free minute this week will be spent cleaning and preparing for that!
