Pin it Party

Well Lindsay over at The Lean Green Bean Blog has done it again. Another genius little creation to get people out there on the internet “meeting” each other and finding awesome new blogs. This time it’s a Pin it Party! Designed to get some great blog posts on Pinterest, and share some wonderful things you’ve done (the other genius creation I am referring to is the Foodie Pen Pals program). The idea is to create a post with 5 blog posts you would love to see pinned (yup, we are putting it right out there, please pin our blog posts!), and than we link up over at The Lean Green Bean and check out all the other awesome posts that people have linked up. Join in the fun (the linky will be up for a few more days), or just stop by and check out some great posts and pin away!

Here are my 5 picks:

Mason Jar Salad & Easy Artisan Bread

Salad to go? Making mason jar salad’s are super easy, and a great way to add veggies to your lunch on the go. This post also has my first attempt at making artisan bread (which has now become a regular in our house, and much asked for baked treat at parties!).

Costco Price Comparison

Ever wonder if Costco is actually cheaper? I compared prices on a few items we buy each week, and found what is actually cheaper to buy at Costco.

The BEST Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

A super easy slow cooker recipe, for the tastiest pulled pork you will ever make!

Charity Tee Makeover

Turn those baggy charity shirts into cute workout tanks! It only takes a few minutes with a pair of scissors, and no sewing required!

What My First Vegetable Garden Taught Me

In 2012 I planted my very first vegetable garden. I planted it in a square foot gardening style to maximize my crop, while only take up a 4 foot by 4 foot space in our backyard. This posts shares what I learned from my first garden, and the changes I planned to make for future gardens (and yes, I planted another garden this year!)

  1. Loving the pin-it party! I am going on a pinning spree with all of these workouts, I’ve been looking for inspiration on the treadmill and especially for strength workouts. Getting a little bored with my DVDs! Thanks for such awesome workouts as always!
