Finally! Finally we have the cooler fall weather that I have been craving. Boots, scarves, light jackets and cozy sweaters, it’s been so nice!
We had a busy weekend full of fun fall activities, including a Taste Festival at our Parish and some apple picking. I now have 3 bags of apples to snack on, and turn in to muffins, pies, and maybe an apple cream cheese cake too. YUM!
Here is what we are eating this week:
Monday – sausage and fresh tomato pasta with salad
Tuesday – pork kabobs with corn on the cob and salad
Wednesday – breakfast for dinner (eggs, bacon, toast and maybe some baked apples)
Thursday – perogies and salad
Friday – baked fish with roasted red peppers and cauliflower
