Another week, another meal plan! 2014 seems to just be flying by, I cannot believe it’s February so soon! Or maybe I am just wishing these months away because it has been so cold and snowy, that I cannot wait for spring! We got dumped on again on Saturday with more snow, but the temperatures this week are much more seasonable, not the -30 we’ve been having, which is nice.
Between taking care of my son who had an allergic reaction to a medication, dinner at my parents, and the Super Bowl, this weekend was a bit of a blur, and I forgot to meal plan! So I didn’t check the flyers until this morning, and will hopefully get out to the store a little later…off my usual schedule for Monday, but that’s what happens when you have a 4 year old at home covered in hives, instead of at school.

Here’s what we are eating this week:
Monday – baked chicken breasts with roasted carrots and brussel sprouts
Tuesday – turkey kielbasa stir fry with carrots and peppers, and salad
Wednesday – honey sesame chicken over rice and salad (a family favourite, and a must try!)
Thursday – Greek pasta (made with chicken breasts, zucchini, and peppers)
Friday – black bean tacos
