Here is what we are eating this week:
Monday – steak stir fry with zucchini and red peppers
Tuesday – beef tacos and salad
Wednesday – Island pork tenderloin with rice and asparagus
Thursday – meatballs, mashed potatoes and broccoli
Friday – baked fish Greek salad and rice
