Well, since yesterday was a Holiday here in Ontario (Family Day!) I didn’t post our meal plan for the week. So here is what we are eating this week:
Tuesday – hot dogs and garden salad
Wednesday – chicken and dumplings over mashed potatoes
Thursday – mince and totties (minced beef in gravy, with mashed potatoes and peas; it’s a Scottish dish from my childhood)
Friday – lemon baked sole with rice and turnip
