Is anyone out there? My apologies for once again falling off the blogging wagon, and only posting meal plans these last few weeks. I am still feeling awful and so very tired from growing this baby, so coming up with creative new posts just isn’t at the top of my list! But meal plans are always done each week, so those are easy to share with you!
Here is what we are eating this week:
Monday – baked chicken drum sticks with mashed potatoes and salad
Tuesday – It’s Pancake Tuesday so we’re having whole wheat pancakes, bacon, and fruit smoothies for dinner
Wednesday – spinach ravioli and tomato sauce with garden salad (Ash Wednesday means a lighter meat free meal)
Thursday – cheesy macaroni with beef and garden salad
Friday – baked fish and rice with roasted carrots and peppers
