Can you believe March is nearly over? I hardly can! Time is just flying by, as we have been busy, and are only going to get more busy! With spring comes more time outside, my son starting baseball, and eventually this baby arriving this summer. August seems so far away, but At almost 19 weeks, I am almost half way through this pregnancy! We had an ultrasound today, and all looked good, we are truly blessed to be given yet another healthy baby.
This week is jam packed with skating lessons, pj/movie parties, and inching towards being done with our big fancy cable company. Today we had the HD antenna installed on our house! We have given out notice to the company, and will be officially done with them in April, I am working on the post right now that will explain what we have done, and how we are going to save so much money, so watch for that coming very soon.
Here is what we are eating this week:
Monday – baked chicken with veggies fried rice
Tuesday – roasted chicken with broccoli and crispy roasted potatoes
Wednesday – Bill Clinton’s favourite enchiladas (this is one of my husbands all time favourite meals! I’ll be using leftover chicken from Tuesday’s roast)
Thursday – grilled pork chops with potato salad and garden salad
Friday – baked lemon and herb fish with parmesan rice and garden salad
