Meal Plan Monday – March 2 2015

March seems to be coming in like a lamb, so out like a lion? Anyone else remember that saying…or just me?!

I promised two other posts for you last week, and never got to them. Now I have a frugal makeup post in mind too! So many ideas, and not enough time to write them all. So again, no promises this week, but hopefully soon a muffin recipe, a facial cleaner DIY and frugal makeup.

But these meal plans, I can keep up with! Here is what we are eating this week:

Monday – pizza and salad

Tuesday – chicken burgers, fries and roasted veggies

Wednesday – Sante Fe slow cooker chicken and rice

Thursday – ham and cheesy bowtie pasta with peas

Friday – baked fish with sweet potato and veggie hash

Also on the list for the week, granola and muffins! Happy meal planning!
