Another Monday. Another meal plan! It feels great to be back to meal planning. The stress of figuring out dinner each night is gone. And I am even planning ahead during each day, just in case I end up with a hungry and fussy baby when I need to cook.
Today I shopped for the week, and prepped my dinner in the afternoon. Now dinner is cooking in the oven, I’m nursing the baby, and writing a blog post on my phone! Multitasking seems to be the only way to survive with 4 kids under the age of 7! I’m hoping to find more time this week to write some other posts, recipes, time management, and frugal tips too!
But for now, here is my meal plan:
Monday – shepherds pie
Tuesday – taco Tuesday!
Ash Wednesday – baked fish, rice and carrots
Thursday – baked ham, green beans and roasted sweet potatoes
Friday – cheese tortellini and veggie bake
