Can you believe Christmas is less than two weeks away?! I’m having trouble believing this, especially since I still have some shopping to finish! So while I stress about finishing that, wrapping it all, putting the tree up (didn’t have time this weekend!) baking, and planning my Christmas Eve menu,it’s nice to know I don’t have to worry about what I’m making for dinner this week:
Monday – Baked pork chops with crispy potatoes and carrots
Tuesday – Breakfast for dinner (chocolate chip waffles, scrambled eggs, berry smoothies)
Wednesday – my famous spaghetti (made with ground turkey and lots of onions and garlic to boost our immune systems)
Thursday – buying dinner (we almost bought dinner on Saturday, so I figure we will end up buying it one night this week, and Star Wars Day is as good a night as any! Anyone else super excited for Rogue One?!)
Friday – Mussels over linguine, with fresh veggies and humus
