Last week was so busy, it was nice to have the meals all planned out! This week is stacking up to be crazy too, so knowing my dinners are all figured out, and healthy snacks will be prepped in the fridge, takes so much of the stress away!
Here is what we are eating for dinner this week:
Monday – meatballs, crispy potatoes and green beans
Tuesday – Veggie Marinara (except I’m adding ground turkey for extra protein)
Wednesday – big salads with chicken and loads of veggies and berries
Thursday – chicken and veggie stir fry over rice
Friday – baked chili and lime tilapia with crispy potatoes (we love them so much!) and broccoli
Also up for today will be muffins, carrots, celery, peppers and cucumbers chopped and ready to go.
