A million things to get done today, with another busy week ahead, so a meal plan for the week is a must!
Let’s get right to it, here are our dinners for the week:
Monday – big salads with loads of chicken and veggies (after lots of salty Superbowl snacks, we need a nice clean dinner!)
Tuesday – Tacos and chocolate cake (my oldest does his First Reconciliation tomorrow, so I thought we would celebrate with some cake!
Wednesday – Spaghetti and meatballs (using my famous spaghetti sauce recipe, but using beef meatballs instead of ground meat)
Thursday – homemade pizza
Friday – baked basa fillets with crispy potatoes and green beans
