Popping in quick to share our meal plan for the week, as I’ve got a mountain of laundry that needs to be folded! Do you leave all your laundry for one day, or do it gradually all week long? I’ve tried it both ways, and it think I prefer leaving it all till Saturday…though this weekend was busy, and some of it didn’t get put away till, well, it’s waiting for me right now!
So here is what we are eating this week:
Monday – Big salads with chicken and loads of veggies
Tuesday – Mexican rice casserole
Wednesday – chicken drum sticks with mashed potatoes and broccoli
Thursday – My famous Spaghetti
Friday – fish and chips and carrots sticks
