So here’s the run down:
I’m a wife. I’m married to the most amazing man ever, and it has been 8 wonderful years. No seriously, lots of women say that, but I wholeheartedly mean it. He has changed my life in ways I could never imagine, and I love him with every ounce of my soul. He is a way better man than I could ever deserve.
I’m a mom to 4 amazing kids. First, the most wonderful son, the smartest son, the cutest son we could have ever asked for. He looks and acts just like me, in the best and worst ways! He rocked my world like I never expected, but I wouldn’t change what we’ve been through for anything. We have the most wonderful daughter, the cutest, sweetest, most mischievous little girl you could ever imagine. She is so happy and funny and full of life, and teases and loves her big brother so much. We had another daughter! She is the most laid back and easy going little girl you could ever imagine! An easy baby, and an easy toddler, she added so much joy to our life. And most recently, another son! I cannot wait to see his personality develop!
I’m Catholic. My faith grows each day, as I learn what it is to be a Catholic wife and mother. My husband and I make sure that He is present in our daily lives as we teach our children about their Faith and what it is to be a good Catholic. I also run a mother’s group at my Parish.
I am frugal and a little bit of a tree hugger. I promise to write about interesting stuff, and not just throw lists of “greening your home” and links to coupon sites. Because, in case you didn’t catch on, I’m not a coupon queen. I do use them, but I’m not going out of my way to find them, or buying a name brand just to use a coupon. We also try to eat as clean and healthy as possible, and since so many coupons are for prepackaged foods, they don’t save us money. Instead, I make lots of things from scratch to save some pennies, plus, I just love doing it! I thrive on creative ways to save money, and opting for the cheaper route whenever possible, but I also know whenyou should and shouldn’t indulge a little. So enjoy my blog, full of frugal life hacks and general frugal living advice to live your best life possible while on a budget!
I’m a writer. Not just here, I’ve written over at Oshawa Mom Space, and was a contributor at Real Housekeeping and Dynamic Women of Faith, and a few other guest blog posts here and there, and am trying my hand at freelancing too (here’s a post over at the Yummy Mummy Club).
Happy frugal living!
